A new form of Re-Gifting
This picture has a definate story. One day my dad decided that he was going to join the world of e-bay. So, he put this book up for sale. I really wanted to encourage him and I really wanted him to sell the book, so I decided I would buy it. I made up a fake account, AshbyT. So, she would bid, then FranRag (me) would bid. Then I got the guys at work to bid also. Then it would start all over again. By the end my dads book that started out at $.99 sold for $10 with shipping. So, I bought the book. Dad finally figured out it was me, yet I still had to pay him for the book :) So I decided that I would give him his book back. So, Brandon and I made the book into a lamp.
Buster the Elf helper
Buster didn't even notice that he was helping mom hold the presents....
...but then again maybe he did. And I quote Buster, "Will you please get that box off my head. I do not want to ask you again."

Johnny
Funny story about this present. It had Aly's name on it, but it was really for Johnny. When Aly opened it Johnny said, " Oh cool Aly, I don't even have one of those." Liz corrected him..."Actually you do." It was a sad moment, Aly was sad she opened a present that wasn't for her and Johnny was sad that Aly opened a present that wasn't for here. It wouldn't be a Ragland Christmas without a little drama :) Memories of John Jr.'s Bugle Boy Christmas.. see John Jr. for that story.

Maybe not so creative....
Brandon and I attended at class on how to make the towel animals. When they asked for volunteers Brandon and I both got to do a demonstration. Here I am trying to follow the directions of the teacher. It is not as easy as it looks.
Here is my rabbitt..
Here is what it was supposed to look like...
He said make a rabbitt, I thought he said make a bull :)
